1. Partner Couriers and Dynamic Rates
To guarantee a fast and trackable service, we entrust our shipments exclusively to the best national and international logistics partners. Depending on the destination, the system will select the most efficient carrier among:
Shipping costs are not fixed. They are calculated dynamically and transparently during the checkout phase. Rates are constantly updated in real time based on the weight/volume of the items in the cart, the destination, and the current rates of the courier used, always guaranteeing the most correct and optimized cost.
2. Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed and handed over to the courier in the shortest possible time. The delivery standard guaranteed by our carriers on national territory is 24/48 business hours from the taking in charge of the package (except for disadvantaged locations or islands, which may require longer times).
Responsibility for Delivery Times
The 24/48 hour times are to be considered an estimated standard provided by the carriers. MARINI TARTUFI S.R.L. is committed to preparing and shipping orders as promptly as possible, but is contractually relieved of any liability for delays in delivery caused by transport strikes, courier logistics congestion, adverse weather conditions, absence of the recipient or other force majeure causes not attributable to our company.
3. Packaging: Safe and Careful Packaging
We are aware of the importance that your purchases arrive in perfect condition. For this reason, we dedicate meticulous attention to the packaging phase.
- Protection: We use high quality packaging materials, designed to absorb shocks and vibrations during transport.
- Sealing: Each package is carefully sealed to prevent tampering or accidental opening.
- Privacy: We guarantee maximum discretion. Parcels travel in anonymous or protected packaging, without explicit indications of the content, to protect your privacy.
4. Receipt of Goods (Acceptance with Reservation)
Upon delivery by the courier, you are required to carefully check:
- That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport/tracking document.
- That the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or altered in any way (including sealing tapes).
Should you notice visible damage to the packaging or suspicious noises (e.g. broken goods inside), it is mandatory to accept the delivery by affixing your signature on the courier's device/document with the wording "Accepted with reservation of control for visibly damaged package". In the absence of such written reservation, we will not be able to initiate insurance refund procedures with the carrier and any return request for transport damage cannot be accepted.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an e-mail containing the Tracking Link and Number. Through this code you can follow the status of the shipment in real time directly on the website of the courier in charge, until it arrives at its destination.
